背景・現状構成・解決すべき問題。 表形式で現状の構成要素や課題を整理すると読みやすい。関連 ADR 番号を明記する。

Decision Drivers

判断軸を箇条書きで列挙。後続の Pros/Cons の評価軸と一致させる。

検討した選択肢の一覧 (最低 2 案)。「検討しなかった」案は載せない。
